Your role:
As an Event Construction Worker/Project Supervisor, you are the main point of contact on-site during the setup and dismantling of an event. During the preparation stage, the project manager will brief you on all the details of the project. You’ll know where you’re going, who the client is, and what to focus on. Once on-site, you’ll lead the team while also rolling up your sleeves to help build, arrange, and transform the space. One day, you might be building event décor, from a small exhibition stand to a corporate event with multiple themed spaces. On other occasions, you’ll be arranging furniture such as bars, high tables, and buffet tables according to a pre-planned design. After the event, you’ll provide feedback to the project manager and handle the necessary paperwork. Then, it’s on to the next project!
Your profile:
Experience as an event construction worker? Not required! You’ll learn everything on the job!
A proactive doer with a hands-on mentality Solution-oriented and a strong communicator Willingness to work flexible hours—event work isn’t always 9 to 5 Preferably in possession of a driver’s license

You have no problem working a few extra days each month during busy periods. Of course, there is flexibility on both sides—days off are always possible in consultation.
