Our project managers are known for their solution-oriented and flexible mindset. They are not only focused on efficiently delivering projects, but also on completely taking away our customers’ worries. Concept development

Translating a request into a quote is not always straightforward. A foundation is often needed, a conceptual base that serves as a steppingstone, ensuring that the message is not only communicated more effectively, but that it resonates with the client.

 

At Fraai Projects, we’re excited to work with you on developing this concept. A strong concept is not just a piece of text, it’s a combination of elements that make a whole. Visual support, such as a mood board, floor plan or visual graphic, plays a crucial role. These visual tools will add depth to the plan, while also demonstrating the feasibility of the concept.

Production

“What doesn’t exist, can be created.” This is the slogan that has given Fraai Projects their creative & unique character for many years now. We have a spacious warehouse, but our facilities don’t stop there. Our professionally equipped carpentry and painting workshop is something we are very proud of. This is where specialized carpenters and painters work with passion to bring your projects to life.

 

In our workshop, each concept that has been carefully outlined during the design stage, will become a reality through craftmanship and precision. From custom-made furniture to purpose designed decorations, our experienced production schedulers will find a way to make anything that does not yet exist.

Execution & styling

After a careful and well-considered preparation stage, the construction stage begins. In this crucial stage, the plans really come to life. The warehouse staff start carefully loading all the necessary materials into our own trucks, after which our own skilled ‘Fraai’ truck drivers get behind the wheel to safely and efficiently transport these materials to the event location.

 

Once on site, the baton is passed to our team of professional executors and stylists. They arrive fully prepared with full knowledge about the event and the designed concept. It’s their job to transform the vision outlined on paper into something real and tangible. With a keen eye for detail and a solution-oriented approach, they are fully committed to executing every aspect of the event exactly as planned.

Warehouse

With an expansive space divided into three halls, the warehouse of Fraai Projects is the beating heart of our organization, accommodating a diverse and extensive range of materials and objects that are essential to realize all of our unique projects. From standing tables to totem poles, and from coffee tables to picnic benches, we have a wide range of items available. Our warehouse staff have the required knowledge and oversight to prepare exactly what is needed for each specific project. With their expertise and our extensive inventory, we can turn any concept into a successful project.

Lettering studio

At Fraai Projects, we continuously strive to innovate to meet the needs of our customers. We are therefore proud to announce that we recently acquired a lettering studio, fully equipped with a cutting plotter. This new addition allows us to quickly and effectively create texts, shapes and icons that perfectly align with your event.
