You are the key link between Transport & Logistics, Event Management, and Production, ensuring that customer visions are seamlessly translated into unforgettable events. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, easily adapting to daily challenges and the dynamic nature of event logistics. The next, you’re collaborating with colleagues to optimise workflows and improve planning. You’ll also play a key role in strategic discussions with fellow managers, identifying process improvements and presenting innovative solutions to the Board.
Additionally, you’ll oversee the maintenance of our facilities and vehicles, and for coordinating QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) aspects. From scheduling forklift maintenance and ensuring alarm systems are functioning properly to maintaining a safe work environment and implementing actions within the RI&E framework, your attention to detail keeps operations running efficiently. As the logistics coordinator between the three key operational departments, you maintain a big-picture analytical perspective. You’ll seek out opportunities for process improvement, ensuring seamless collaboration across three teams. You will also develop a strategic plan for transport, packaging, and storage to maximise the lifespan of our rental furniture. Efficient workforce and transport planning are, of course, key aspects of this role.
